Fences & Fire

Last Saturday we spent the day at Andy & Hannah's to work on putting up fence in their backyard so that we can move Socks and Skipper there and so that Daisy will stay in her own yard instead of visiting the neighbor's dogs. We got all the post holes dug - the easy way by renting an auger from Lowes - and most of the fence posts in and set. While we were at it we burned the big pile of dead pine trees. When the neighbor saw that we were burning the brush, he brought over his tractor and pulled down three more dead pine trees and put them on the burn pile.
David hauls fence posts to be set in the holes that have been dug.Dad kept an eye on the fire - from the comfort of a lounge chair in the shade ;-) Daisy enjoys the shade and the company Making sure the grass stays wet around the pile
